Une couleur ambrée, peu de nez, en bouche on a des notes maltées, une pointe sur les agrumes, puis une amertume sèche et tenace s'impose, le tout malheureusement "sublimé" par un côté alcooleux peu agréable.

Bien ronde et aromatique. Amertume en fin de bouche.

A new brewpub for me. 👍🏻 A flight of four IPAs. Beer 1/4. Clear, deep copper beer with a soapy, cream-colored head that shoots three fingers high. Retention is lengthy. The withdrawing head messes the glass all over. Mandarin, apricot and caramel malt constitute the scent. Maybe a slam of mushy nectarine, as well. The taste offers classic flavors: piney hops, medium-sweet caramel malt, dried apricot and biscuit. The body is light-medium to medium. Quite welcome for 6 %. The finish is rather piney, a bit resinous, but still soft caramel malty. The mouthfeel is soft, smooth, crisp, resinous, classic American style. It's a tad dry but certainly not drying. Even faintly lip-glueing. Sexy? I'll leave it for you to justify.
