Une couleur ambrée, peu de nez, en bouche on a des notes maltées, une pointe sur les agrumes, puis une amertume sèche et tenace s'impose, le tout malheureusement "sublimé" par un côté alcooleux peu agréable.

A new brewpub for me. 👍🏻 A flight of four IPAs.
Beer 1/4. Clear, deep copper beer with a soapy, cream-colored head that shoots three fingers high. Retention is lengthy. The withdrawing head messes the glass all over.
Mandarin, apricot and caramel malt constitute the scent. Maybe a slam of mushy nectarine, as well.
The taste offers classic flavors: piney hops, medium-sweet caramel malt, dried apricot and biscuit. The body is light-medium to medium. Quite welcome for 6 %. The finish is rather piney, a bit resinous, but still soft caramel malty.
The mouthfeel is soft, smooth, crisp, resinous, classic American style. It's a tad dry but certainly not drying. Even faintly lip-glueing. Sexy? I'll leave it for you to justify.
