The malt bill is a simple Kölsch recipe with just the right amount of dark grain for color and enough German noble hops for a balanced flavor. This take on the classic style from Köln, Germany presents dark but tastes light.

In Texas having a Texas beer with the son-in-law.
Soft malt aroma. Not much carbonation. Dark reddish brown color. Has a mild roasted dark malt with minimal sweetness. Finish ads a small amount of hop bitterness along with some corn. All very smooth and drinkable.
This is a very simple brew that will combine with any meal or have several by themselves.
