I've had this beer before while in Texas but not with my son-in-law. Going to have it again via Duo and see what he thinks about it. After reading my previous review, I can't change much about it. Since this has been in the can here for about 8 months, it does seem more boozy than the 11% that I remember. And the cinnamon also seems a little stronger. That crusty brownie flavor with notes of hazelnut and vanilla is still excellent. The "pot the cream" texture simply melts in your mouth. My son-in-law does not have the addiction for the strong dessert stouts that I have. His rating was lower, but I have always loved these powerful stouts and after a careful reevaluation, I have no regrets in reaffirming this as a 5.0.

Back on the Guadalupe River at Whiskey River Ranch. Always a treat to be back here. Having what I hope to be another fantastic Untitled Art Imperial Stout. Almost non existent head. Opaque brown color. Unbelievably strong brownie chocolate and notes of hazelnut in the aroma. Heavy texture but not sticky or oily. Strong chocolate, has the flavor of the crusty part of a brownie, crispy and well done. Add hazelnut, vanilla, a pinch of cinnamon, and 11% alcohol boozy. Finish continues consistently with all these flavors. Untitled Art has done it again. Every Stout with their name on it has been excellent. So is this one. I try to be selective with my 5.0 but I can't find any reason to lower that rating.
