With family in Texas having another great beer. This one I brought from Birmingham's Monday Night Brewing. 2020 edition of their Overnight Celebrity Imperial Porter. Has a heavy dark pour, coats the inside of the glass with a foam that is suspended and unmoving. Unique! Syrup texture brings a delicious sweet Bourbon balanced perfectly with sweet maple. In the background, a hiding delicious mocha chocolate. A relaxing alcohol burn is soothing the whole experience as the finish gives a mild milk chocolate and ripe raisin. This fantastic beer only gets better with every single sip you take. Was profoundly sad when the glass became empty. Well deserving of a 5.0. Going to make every attempt to try to find another one of these bottles.
