This maybe should have stayed in the cellar longer. It’s not horrible but they went over the top as it has a strong spicy peppery herbal hops taste. The malty side isn’t as bad as it has some light sweet bready malt. Overall they went way too crazy on the hoppy side. If it was toned down to be rounded off with the malty side it would work. Still wouldn’t be as good as a German version but it would help tremendously. On a side note, congrats to the Finnish hockey team. I’m sooooo glad they beat the Russians. 🏒🇫🇮🏅
