Still in Texas having the second beer of the Teddy Bear Kisses series from Upland Brewing Company. Having a great time with all these Texas beers.
As with the previous S'mores Teddy Bear Kisses, the aroma is very mild. Bourbon Barrel and molasses, just a touch stronger than the last one. Again, flavor intensifies above the aroma. This 11% is much more pronounced. Warms the throat to the belly quickly. Soft creamy texture, Bourbon Barrel flavor is in the forefront. A deep roasted chocolate follows. Finish adds a dry bitter quality.
Another winning recipe for Upland Brewing. Love this beer and will recommend it highly to anyone who has a chance to try it. Looking forward to the next Teddy Bear Kisses beer.
