Flight 3/4. Limpid, date brown beer with an almost dead head. The olfactory provision proposes redcurrant, red wine and purple grape. Cranberry and wheat malt follow immediately on their footsteps. Sour purple grape and redcurrant, together with medium-dry red wine and an oaky hint, create an appealing vinous impression. Wheat malt, indeed, supports the cocktail. The body clocks light. Only. It's a pity although this beerstyle doesn't suffer that much from thinness. But a bit anyway. The beer finishes unchanged, maybe also simpler, over a bit of time. The mouthfeel is light, tart, puckering, woody, slightly vinous but also juicy. A nice try but not exactly there.

L’acidité prend le dessus sur le barrique. En fin de bouche le peated se ressent.

2 années en foudre et passage en barrique de whisky tourbé. Acidité presque trop forte pour l’annonce de l’étiquette.
