What does it even mean? The Great Blondino. For the lovers of the Swedish avant-garde (it’s a book) and for the lovers of Öl. What you need to know though. US/NZ NEIPA style 6.3%. Extra pale base, oats, dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Idaho 7. Dark yellow colour, creamy, full bodied with big aromas of pineapple, citrus fruit and some delicate floral background notes.
IBU : 50
Houblon : Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe
Malts : Extra Pale, Oat

Comme une IPA suédoise. Joli aspect, hazy avec mousse dense. Texture avoinée. Houblonnade qui tend vers la mangue et les agrumes. Bien sympathique mais un peu convenue.
