Wife's cider. Crystal clear champagne yellowish. Fizzy carbonation, superfast foam. Apple mash in the air. The apple mash is relatively sour on the tongue despite the "medium-sweet" profile. Light, natural, juicy, pulpy, balanced and refreshing.

It should be medium sweet but it is way sweet for my taste
