Mycket god.

The Lost Abbey Ten Commandments (2015), when pouring straight from the fridge, forming massive creamy foam, anyway you try to pour it. When left in room to warm up a bit, the foam just dissapears...weird..well, the colour is dark brown amber-ish, very very hazy and looks very yeasty in a good belgian way, as I read it had Brettanomyces (a special Belgian brewers yeast) added at bottling. The aroma has a stinging rosemary in it. Also with some dark fruits, raisins, some figs and also a strong note of alcohol. The mouthfeel is thick, but carbonated, the taste is pretty massive with raisins and plums and dark fruits all over it, with a rosemary tingle and a winelike alcohol sting. (Also I can't get over the rosemary resembling thw Glögi taste, so it brings the old fashioned straight back into my mind). Also some caramel sweetness and some roasty malts. Alcohol burn is considerable but it's nicely in balance. Veery heavy to drink. A medium body but, sheesh. Is this some heavy artillery for sure. Couldn't for sure drink this alone so thank god I had a buddy to share this with. Overall a very strong beer, which really challenges the beer sipper, wouldn't pour this one for a beer newbie. 3.75/5 for me.
