Yrttinen, tummanpunainen ja kirpeä Bitter.

Foggy, brown beer starts the weekend. Bitter is always nice but not too widespread in my country. Carbonation doesn't want to show off. A creamy, airy head finds its way up to one fingers' height. Carbonation dies fast but the lace ring is sustained on the top for pretty long. Multigrain bread, graham cracker and a hint of fermented banana are the key components of the fragrance. A suggestion of clove and nut can also be detected in the scent. The flavor cocktail portrays strong bready malt and graham cracker, seasoned with modestly resinous hops. Faint caramel, a bit of nut and fermented banana can be added to the list. The body is light. The finish is identical to upfront. Finished with the aftertaste 'cause it couldn't help me with my mind. The mouthfeel is light, smooth, fairly soft with a marginal crisp touch, and satiating. Goes easily down but can't climb to the sharpest top of the style though.

Sunny Wednesday, the first day with warm summerfeeling this spring. Opened domestic craftbeer bitter. Cloudy redbrown beer with durable creamy foam on top. Scent is similar to many beers from microbreweries: yeasty and metallic, this also malty, bread-like notes. Taste is smooth and malty sweet, nuts and bisquits. Not the best, but not the worst bitter.

Maukas, keveä ja pehmeä.

Kaunis väri. Maussa tulee esiin tunkkaisuutta, merilevää, metsäistä vibaa ja punaisia marjoja. Onnistunut tuotos mutta ei omaan makuun.
