Tears of My Enemies is a 9.3% ABV Imperial Milk Stout loaded with locally made milk chocolate, Ugandan vanilla beans and coffee from locally-roasted Batdorf & Bronson. The result is a roasty, chocolaty, silky smooth drink that is, in the words of co-founder Jonathan Baker, “like the tears of your enemies, the most delicious thing you’ve ever tasted.”

At Birmingham's new Monday Night Brewing having a sample cup. Andrew has been very helpful and knowledgeable on their fantastic stouts.
Medium light texture for an Imperial Stout. Flavor hits fast with a smoky coffee. This is followed by a roasted brownie-like chocolate. Finish comes with a quick sharp bitter bite and then blends into a soft milk chocolate.
Small sample cup is not near enough. This may be my new favorite Birmingham Brewery with their variety of delicious stouts.
