8th anniversary stout
12.0% Imperial Flavoured Stout / Imperial Pastry Stout
For our limited edition 8-year anniversary beer, we hand selected 4 barrels that were aging a special 13% milk stout for over a year. We blended three 6-year Heaven Hill bourbon barrels with one rum barrel (used to age maple syrup) for the base of this pastry stout. We then let the beer sit on fresh cacao nibs, Ugandan vanilla beans, and whole roasted peanuts until our tasting panel, headed by our head brewer and wood cellar manager, Neal Engleman, gave the green light to put into bottles. We are proud to offer you this very special beer in celebration of 8 years of brewing.
