Digital Dawn
7.8% Imperial IPA / Double IPA
This digital double IPA is ushering in a new dawn and awakening our senses to an alternate reality. The reality ruled by the oppressive grip of Analog Don and his sinister simulation. In order to escape this dystopia, we must overload the cyber mainframe with lupulin. Crack this can to unleash these electric flavors and send this diabolical overlord back from whence he came.

Nyt on makeaa hedelmää! Pientä katkeroakin, mutta mangoisuus hallitsee

Kerroksia ja paljon makuja. Katkero on piilossa lakanan alla.

BEER: Digital Dawn BREWERY: Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. BEER STYLE: DIPA COUNTRY: USA ABV.: 7.8% COLOUR (EBC): Orange Juice Yellow (15.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): - AROMA: Hoppy aromas hits the nose right after crackin’ the can open. It’s a delight. HEAD: One finger tall, tight bubbled with soapy and lacy tail. GREY’S VIEW DIPA w/ Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic, Sabro & Amarillo hops. First sip reveals that I have some Toppling Goliath nectarine in my glass. Taste has crispy maltbase with juicy tropical goings. Also some forestbed and dank are found. It’s more versatile then I expected. Medium body wraps medium creamy carbonation and medium kick from the hops. Damn balanced at this point. It turns towards lightly sweet mango-peach-purée in the end. OTHER NOTES: Toppling Goliath knows how to do these hazy pieces. Plenty in hops and malts. Loads of juiciness with crispy backbone. Damn drinkable. CANNED 19/11/2021 TASTED 2/2/2022
