A really fresh hoppiness to this beer, as you’d expect. Almost vegetal but not from high hopping rates, just raw freshness! A heady mixture of the tropics and stone fruit but on a biscuit malt background as opposed to a soft pillowy base we’ve become so accustomed too. I expect this is what the trend setters tasted like. The Heady Topper’s and all, before all and sundry jumped on the bandwagon.
