Aroma: Berries, citrus, a tropical note. Smells good! Taste: The berries, citrus and tropical notes are there. It’s quite ”green” with pine and herbs. Less bitter than most west coast IPA’s. Easy drinking. I really like it!

Keeping it real with the dry and bitter WCIPA characteristics, but this time Mosaic’s fruitiness is coming through. There’s still hints of tropical citrus but melon, papaya and blueberry are at the forefront. Good stuff! 👍

Herbacé et sec le Mosaic mais contrebalancer par une teneur en bouche d'agrumes. Pas de côté crémeux donc on est bien sur une west coast à l'ancienne.
