Hazy robe, yellowish like a anice drink mixes with water. Nice and persistent head of white bubbly foam. Smell is wheaty with citrusy and ginger aroma. Taste is dry and bitter. Also a lot of lemon peel flavour and ginger notes. Mouthfeel is round. Medium carbonation. Persistent with a lot of bitterness.
