Do Or Die is a bold, classic style you don’t see enough of. We love making stouts and wanted one sessionable enough you could drink it in pints instead of tasters. Though a portion of this gets treated to our long stout boil it is, at its heart, an English Milk Stout that initially drew us to the rich possibilities of beer. Silky, soft, and sessionable, this oatmeal cream stout offers aromas of chocolate and coffee followed by rich notes of toffee and caramel.

Bought a six pack of this and sent one to Texas so I could Duo it with my son-in-law. While sitting in my basement, which does not get hot, I came home to find a total mess after one can exploded. I've never seen anything like this.
Started with a head twice the size of the liquid beer. Took forever to subside. Thought it might be flat but it was the opposite. Each sip kept having tons of effervescence. This flavor was charred, smokey and not pleasant. Wasn't going to end my night like this, so I poured it out and I'll reach for a different beer.

Une Stout torréfié plutôt traditionnelle avec une longueur correcte. Le oatmeal crémeux est porté disparu. Dommage.
