Raikas alkuhuikka joka jää maistumaan suuhun mukavan paahteisena vielä pitkään, ihan kiva yllätys.. kai tässä vähän suklaakin lopussa maistuu, katellaan ku vähän lämpee lasissa 👍

Turhan kevyt ja vetinen omaan makuun.Mutta siinähän se meni nepalilaisen ruuan kyytipoikana.

Very dark in colour. Mild and little sweet aroma. I was waiting for richer flavor and more defined taste of the salt and the chocolate. But after tasting in small sips for a while it starts to build up. This needs to be consumed a bit warm like all porters. Fridge cold version tastes watery and doesn't give the full flavor profile.

Kuivakka portteri. Runko on ohut, mutta kantaa kohtalsisesti. Tummaa suklaata ja savuisuutta kivasti maussa. Ohkaisesta rungostaan huolimatta maukas ja täyteläinen.

Aika perus porteria miedolla paahteisuudella ja kevyellä rungolla. Suklaata löytyy tuomaan makeutta ja vienosti kahvia, mutta häviää nopeasti.

Musta. Viskimäisyyttä tuoksussa. Kahvia, paahteisuutta. Maussa suolaa, lakritsia, paahdettua hivenen makeaa mallasta, kahvin kitkeryyttä.

Dammit! Was hoping to top the sunny barbecue off with a nice salted chocolate caramel porter. This is really not for me though. It's very thin with only a faint whiff and taste of the stated flavours. Having read the bottle it is designed to be drank as a half and half with whisky, I totally get that this might be great if you did because it tastes very strongly of oaked whisky. I can't stand the stuff so I'm afraid it went down the drain. If you like whisky or half and halfs you may appreciate it but for me it's full of broken promises 😭
