Ale brewed with Summit hops. Triple fermented: First with a Belgian yeast, second in Pinot Noir and rye whiskey barrels. And finally in the bottle with a wine yeast for natural carbonation.

GREY’S VIEW
Imperial Stout aged in set of different Whiskey Barrels.
Taste has overly ripe dark berries, hints from smoky sauna, set of different chocolates as also dry oakiness. It has that feel of complexity to it which I adore. Mouthfeel is medium- with lively and bouncy yet semi soft and forgiving carbonation. It absorbs beautifully to spores in mouth, making the ride that much more complete. Aftertaste offers freshly picked coffee beans, oak and dry melted brownsugars.
OTHER NOTES:
Offering loads of hidden tastes, this piece has enough unique palate with dark malts, -berries and also notes from dry whiskey. Really stylish and beautifully slow piece.
