This is a Nordic style IPA which, if I remember right, uses kveik yeast. I remember having one before (yes - I learn as I go). This has a medium tropical fruit and citrus feel leaning mainly towards pineapple and tangerine. It seems like there is something else there too but I can’t pick it out right now. Has a nice light ++ bitterness to it. It also has a touch of sweetness to it. Not much of a malt profile. Overall this was a tasty one. Not complex. I’d love to look at what I thought of the other one I had. That will take some time as Nordic IPA is not a style listed on this app & I have a lot of IPA’s listed. Curiosity will catch up to me at some point.
