Brewed in collaboration with Tim Lawson who teaches Mount Saint Joseph University’s Beer Appreciation Course, we added a little magic to our kettle to create this classic Belgian Dark Strong Ale. The classic Belgian profile showcases a smooth richness, complex malt and dark fruit flavors, and a slight spice. It’s stronger than it tastes, so enjoy our Belgian sorcery with caution.
