The Hot Stove is our annual release to begin the MLB off-season. Our 2019 brew was aged for 1 year in single malt whiskey barrels from our friends at Balcones Distilling in Waco Texas.

Watching the Astros in the World Series with my son-in-law. We Duo simultaneous beers and rate them. Him in Houston and me and Alabama.
Dark brown, fluffy chocolate head. Aroma of alcohol and dark fruit. Not heavy texture. Flavor is of dark chocolate and dark fruit, bittersweet quality. Continues through the finish.
