Homebrew time! Pours cloudy, light brown. Reasonable carbonation kicks out a latte-hued, whipped-creamy head that elevated up to three fingers. Retention is adequate. A neat lacing adorns the top for much longer. The scent offers banana, a bit of sweet mango, strawberry and a hint of marshmallow. An interesting cocktail that differs from the malt supply of "Coquettish Genome of Sahti" albeit this beer is based on the second runnings of that Sahti. The taste follows along the same lines: I can pick a tad sweet-leaning malt, faint strawberry and equally distant blackcurrant. Banana is substantially camouflaged and more bitter skin-like. A remote citrusy touch lingers in the back of the mouth. The body clocks light to light-medium. The finish releases citrus and berries, pretty much like in the actual gustatory profile but leaving a moderate warming sensation in the throat. Crackers accompany the package. The aftertaste toasts marshmallows and bananas on campfire and loves the life. The mouthfeel is light plus, refreshing, distantly zippy and faintly candy-like. It's also a bit frothy and slightly crisp as well smooth. Interesting for sure, and innovative. Very gulpable! I'm happy about the outcome!
