Muddy, deep Tyrian purple beer with pert carbonation kicks off a dark ruby, small-bubbled head that exceeds two fingers. Crazy color! 💜💜 The foamy stack descends quickly to a small lace ring. The shrinking head sprays the glass with thick wrappings all over. The biggest note resembles redcurrant. A bit astringent as in the summer garden. Blueberry and blackberry accompany the main berry. The thick berry-like punch hides all the other elements. I like the heavy berry slam but it reduces the varying dimensionality of the package. The taste is massively full of redcurrant. I appreciate the overkill although redcurrant is far from my favorite berries. Raspberry, blueberry and blackcurrant are the auxiliary components here. Vanilla is barely depictable but it rounds the corners nicely. The body is thick and full. The beer moves slowly like kissel. The end doesn't change anything in the composition, nor in the relative order of the components. The aftertaste almost drowns in fresh berry mash and eventually gets back afloat. The mouthfeel is substantially thick, full, extremely rich in berries, puree-like and truly deep. It's slightly tart, juicy, gardeny and mouthcoating. Insane, hysterical! 💜💜

Jos tykkää sour-oluista, niin tämä on ihan jees. Ei ole kaikkein happamin joten saattaa sopia ensikokeiluksi kokemattomallekin. Pannukakku ei tässä kyllä maistu, eli se pitää leipoa erikseen.

Nope, tätä tuskin on tarkoitettu juotavaksi. Toivon mukaan pilaantunut erä. Pastry souriksi olut on kuiva, mutta sentään mehevä, hedelmä- tai tässä tapauksessa marjalihaa on runsaasti. Marjaisuudessa ei mitään ongelmaa, se viittaa enimmäkseen puolukan ja mustikan suuntaan, mutta kanelisuus, se tässä on ongelma. Sakkaista, kurkussa kutittavaa ja yökötysrefleksin aiheuttavaa kanelia ei ole osattu käyttää ihan, noh, hyvän maun rajoissa.
