Quite a pleasant sweet, mellow taste to this one. I was excited to try it, since I'm a fan of beavertail pastries, but I honestly couldn't find the cinnamon or lemon zest flavors this amber ale purportedly has. Overall it has a unique kind of sweetness whose flavors I can't identify. Not bad, just not quite what I was expecting.
