A classic English bitter with a complex nutty, malty taste with subtle hop undertones and a beautiful chestnut hue. The aroma has a slight burnt roast smell while the taste produces a complex but tasty malty, nutty hops. The finish has strong hints of fruit, caramel and biscuit.

Many years since I’ve had this. A pleasant light bitter, just right if you have a long evening of drinking ahead. Also, ideal for making into a shandy 🫣

Incredibly easy to drink, wasn’t pricey and had a mild but tasty feel to it. Couldn’t help but want more. It was smooth and fresh

Interesante que sea la 1a chela con marca ever (1777).
Un poquito aguada, pero buena ale.
