Nätti keltainen väri. Maussa aprikoosi, ananas ja ehkä miedosti sitä valkosuklaata. Pätevä on.

Day #21 of Advent Calendar. The beer looks nectar-like with hazy deep orange color. Hasty carbonation shows a spritzy tiny-bubbled head that first exceeds one finger but dies quickly away. Then the surface is flat still. Mango, mandarin, orange and nectarine form the fruity gang in the beginning. Sweet kumquat peel, lactose, cream and white chocolate join the show. A bit of wheat malt tries to support from below. Oh mama, the scent is just mouthwatering! 🧡🧡🧡 The taste is like soft drink: loads of orange, mandarin and nectarine, escorted by distinct white chocolate and a good punch of lactose. As if also a suggestion of vanilla lingered on the tongue. Kumquat peel is there, as well, maybe it's confused with orange though. Furthermore, I can pick a minuscule pinch of biscuit and some passionfruit as the last members of the crew. Soooo juicy and nectar-like! Is this beer in the first place?? 🧡🧡 The body is light-medium to medium. Wow! The finish lifts some of the sour fruits more to the limelight while the sweeter fruits tend to go more hiding at this stage. Pretty brew, the kind the aftertaste likes to meet. The mouthfeel is medium, significantly velvety, smooth, truly nectar-like and extremely pulpy. No question that this tropical! Very unbeery but as such, a delicious treat! 🧡🧡🧡

Tuoksussa valkosuklaata, passionhedelmää ja makeaa ananasta. Keskitäyteläinen suutuntuma. Sitruunarahkainen ensipuraisu. Kirpeä kumkvatti seuraa perässä. Makeaa mangoa ja passionhedelmää. Valkosuklaa koittaa hiipiä mukaan, mutta jää aika ujoksi. Oli kyllä onnistunut pastry sour. Monesti nämä taittuvat liian makeaksi, mutta tämä toimii hyvin.

Jaffanvärinen olut kaatuu lasiin parin sormen vahvuisen isokuplaisen vaahdon kera, joka häviää salamannopeasti. Tuoksu tuo mieleen sitruunapiirakan. Makea, sitruunaa, pullaa. Suutuntuma neutraali. Maku toistaa tuoksun sitruunapiirakan. Kirpsakka, rahkaa, pullaa. Mallasrunko riittävä. Kokonaisuutena erikoinen, erinomainen olut lajissaan. Tulee varmastikin jakamaan mielipiteitä.
