With an abundance of new seasonal hop varieties we’ve decided to seize the opportunity by dry hopping Flagship’s Summer Pastime Ale with a different and interesting hop each year. 2015 Pastime features Falconer’s Flight 7C’s, a hop blend of 7 “C” hops adding varying aromas of fruit and citrus accompanied with layers of spice and earth accompanying our golden wheat ale with it’s staple hop Australian “Summer.” Fittingly crisp, dry, and balanced to relieve your quenching summer thirst.
