Pale indeed. Straight out of the can this is bursting with aroma and foam. The body is a hazy, pale yellow with a little sediment and lots of white foam that settles to a stable two fingers. Scent is light malt at first before modest fruit profile slips in, melon, apricot and some sweet lychee at the end. The feeling in the mouth is a little sharp at first, then quickly becomes settled and juicy. The carbonation is light but there is a succinct foaminess. The taste is bitter at first though I can't tell if it's from grapefruit or the malt. The fruity hops roll in then, melon, apricot, clementine and an ever so slight pine resin. A decent ipa but not worth the cost. (€4.20/440ml can)

IPA brassée par Ice Breaker Midnight à la robe dorée translucide, avec une mousse blanche. En bouche, on retrouve des saveurs de fruits jaunes et de coco, à travers une texture soyeuse. Enfin, l'amertume demeure, quant-à elle, légère, laissant la place à un résultat savoureux et bien équilibré. Très sympa cette IPA marquée East Coast !
