iPa titrant 6 abv . belle robe orange .

Opaque juicy haze in appearance with some minor head retention. Fresh hoppy on the nose with Nelson Sauvin hop jumping out at me straight away. The can advertises this brew as a mix of US and NZ hops so I expect some tropics with the gooseberry. I can pick out aromas of pineapple, melon, peach all very luscious and appetising.
Pillowy soft mouthfeel thanks to the yeast, with a rich full body due to the 'high protein malts' Cloudwater have used in this brew and a nice lengthy finish. It gives off DIPA vibes whilst it's 6% ABV firmly keeps it in the IPA whelm, this is a big and lush brew. Taking a big gulp gives you strong hoppy flavour akin to Deya, silky smoothness akin to Polly's and big flavour akin to...Cloudwater and both the aforementioned! It's nice, impressive and morish even despite the big nature of it.
Nelson Sauvin has a large impact here as the gooseberry is prominent, but it's not completely dominant...there is room for what I assume is Simcoe and/Mosaic. It gives off an amalgamation of tropical fruit and green hop goodness. The gooseberry hangs in the finish and, all in all, makes for a more interesting beer.
A beautiful representative of NEIPAs, albeit with its own NZ focus/twist.

Hanasta. Vähän pettymys. Aika perus neipa. Jälkimaku vähän tunkkainen.

Niin perus neipa kuin voi olla. Eli hyvä. Tuoreen hedelmäinen, juotava, ei yhtään katkeroa.
