Weizenbock’s rarity is only one of the many alluring qualities of this sturdy seasonal brew. We take this rarity further than other breweries by using both hefeweizen and lager yeast in our special rendition. A cool fermentation gives it a clean malty lager profile and pear and clove notes characteristic of a hefeweizen.
