TOTAL BLAM-BLAM is a classic bit of Pomona brewing combined with a little nod from Vault City. We decided to take it up to the max with this... 10%, huge fruit additions. We were looking to use Blackcurrant Leaves in something as they offer the same level of complexity as some of our other herbal additions we've been using in the sours, but with a nice citrusy and berry flavour. This is an absolute beaut.
