The second one is totally different. Opaque, brilliant black beer with a chocolatey, moussy head emerges on the surface. The head is surprisingly thick, exceeds one finger. Looks beautiful! Soon the top is flat still though. Coffee cuts the air. Cacao beans, medium-dark chocolate and modest vanilla escort it. A pinch of ancho chili can be observed in the background, it's quite distant and relatively thin. Interestingly, the olfactory supply is very cakey, like chocolate pouring mudcake with fruity chili added. [...] Sounds actually intriguing, must prepare one day! đŸ‘đŸ»đŸ˜‹ The taste ... oh sh*t ... this is something! I mean SOMETHING!!! Wow! Immense loads of dark chocolate, cacao nibs and rum oak enslave my tastebuds. And they love being enslaved! Chili is shy now. Delicate vanilla, cherry, not very sweet cherry but certainly not sour either, as well as a faint coffeeish nuance season the main package attractively. Or wait a second, is there also a pinch of blackcurrant among the gustatory components? Or blackberry? Or both? Let's say there are both. The body is full, really full. The finish gives more above-mentioned berries than upfront whereas the chocolate turns very dark. Additionally, sweet licorice steps out of the shadow at this stage. Chili leaves a lingering sensation on both sides of the tongue for some time. Oh mama! The aftertaste prays for Hun Hunahpu for successful brewing outcome. The mouthfeel is truly full, intense, velvety, smooth and sticky. it's also surprisingly rich in berries, appealingly warming, very desserty and, to be more precise, cakey. Complexity is not at its full potential — well this is an Imperial Pastry Stout—, but the beer does offer some layers though. Furthermore, the mouthfeel is a tad spicy, piquant and deep. Simply adorable!! đŸ–€đŸ–€đŸ–€

🎁 Lahjaolut, kiitos. 🎁 OLUT: Mayan Continuous Improvement PANIMO: Cloudwater Brew Co. OLUTTYYPPI: Imperial Stout MAA: Englanti VAHVUUS (ABV): 11.0% VÄRI (EBC): Pikimusta (99.0) KATKEROT (EBU/IBU): - TUOKSU: Kanelikukkainen. Hauska. VAAHTO: ÄlyttömĂ€n nopea. Periaatteessa olematon. GREY’S VIEW Tuoreilla ja kuivatuilla chileillĂ€, kokonaisilla kaneleilla ja kevyen hedelmĂ€isesti maustettu Imperial Stout. Mielenkiintoisen hitaasti kehittyvÀÀ lientĂ€. Maut avautuvat siis hitaasti. Itse löydĂ€n tĂ€stĂ€ aitoa ja puhdasta kanelia, raikasta kanelinkukkaa, todella hidasta ja miellyttĂ€vĂ€n syvĂ€n oloista chiliĂ€ (ja sen hitaasti kehittyvÀÀ lĂ€mpöÀ). Myös liköörikaramellia on melko runsaasti tĂ€ssĂ€, tummansuklaan lisĂ€ksi. Suutuntu on kevyt ja helpohko. Hieman tahmaava, melko vakuuttava kuitenkin. JĂ€lkiliuku on makean melassinen, fariinisokerinen, liköörikarkkinen ja aivan hitusen chilikukkainen. MUUTA MAINITTAVAA: Vienosti maustettu kokonaisuus. Luvatut maut löytyvĂ€t erittĂ€in tyylikkÀÀsti ja sopivan hitaasti. Runko on kevyt ja olemus myös. HyvĂ€ tuntu siinĂ€ kuitenkin on, puhtaan ja aidon makuinen. CANNED 2/7/2021 TASTED 6/10/2021

Churrooooos! Onhan tÀmÀ oikein laadukas, chiliÀ ja kanelia myös mukana, mutta onneksi ei kumpaakaan liikaa.
