In this classic Gose we’ve used a base of 60% wheat malt/40% Pils malt to give a very pale beer with soft palate. Gently soured with our in-house lactic culture, with sea salt and coriander added during the boil. Light and refreshing with hints of lemon zest.
We release a traditional Gose once a year and it’s always a popular shout! Enjoy straight up or mix with a cheeky nip of rum and pineapple juice for an easy breezy vibe! Perfect for these beautiful, late-summer days!
