Nue is the return of an old collaboration with Kyoto Brewing Company. This yuzu Saison spend 20 months in Burgundy Barrels with Brett & received a dry-hop of Waimea & Hallertau Blanc post-ageing. Citrusy, floral, vinous, wood and fruity notes. A balanced and complex bouquet!
