This single-hopped IPA showcases the complex nature of one of our favourite American hops, Simcoe. A soft and rounded malt profile allows the complexity of these new season hops to shine, expressing bold flavours of passion fruit and juicy orange alongside a piney and dry finish. Our house ale yeast develops a soft and hazy profile with oats providing body and balance.

A good hazy IPA, with plenty of citrusy hop flavour. Enough bitterness to stand up to the 6% ABV…nice stuff!

Hazy peach pour and fruit/pine on the nose. More complex hoppy undertones and the bitter finish add some intrigue to the orange flavours. Well balanced, very fresh IPA that has hints of APA.
