Russian Style Imperial Stout with Vanilla, Cinnamon, Cacao Nibs, Ancho Chilis & Arbol Peppers. Aged BLiS Maple & Bourbon barrels. A little bit spicier than its LSD counterpart that we did for Craft Beer Cellar, we're really loving how the sweet & spiciness of the BLiS barrels meld well with this beer. Silhouette is a drier stout, and that in turn really shows off the sweetness of the maple with rich chocolately & vanilla mid palate. The finish is a mixture of cinnamon, barrel and pepper spice.
