Beer #2700!!! Coffee, maple syrup, rye whiskey and vanilla in the aroma. Taste has rye whiskey first, followed by vanilla, coffee and oak, with the maple syrup in the finish. The booze is a bit strong in this, but it doesn't ruin the experience. The body is full with a smooth mouthfeel and an appropriately low amount of carbonation. This is tasty. I feel a little bit of time in the cellar could help this one get even better. I have a 2020 or 2019 (can't remember) in the cellar. Perhaps I'll pull it at some point. 4.25/5
