Tölin etiketissä musta kämmen. Punaruskea juoma. Vaahto on hyvin aktiivinen. Täyttää lasin hetkessä ja kohisten vajuu alas. Jäljelle lasii jää punaruskea juoma.
Omenan maku tulee suuhun ensimmäisenä. Happamuutta. Voimakkaasti hapokas, poreilee vielä suussakin.
