Time for a homebrew ๐Ÿ˜„ This is a Wheat Ale bottled two weeks ago. It's a kind of โ€leftover" from the set of Sour Ales that are still in formation. The beer pours relatively hazy, pale amber. Carbonation has developed to a nice level within these two weeks. A clean white, silky head emerges on the top and reaches initially three fingers. Retention is fairly long. The retreating foam sprays a bunch of splatters on the glass. The scent is biscuity, accompanied by a gentle touch of orange peel and a suggestion of banana. Quite nice actually. The taste is very decent, if not big. A good amount of wheat biscuit dominates the taste profile. The fruity side contains orange peel, faint apricot, a whisper of banana and a floral twist. Extraordinarily quaffable, a good thirst quencher. If something critical needs to be found, it's the body that lies on a lighter side. Well, this is though not bigger than 5.4 %. As such, this is a good performer. The finish portrays slighter sweeter elements but carries otherwise unchanged from upfront. The aftertaste lies on a soft pillow and feels heavenly. The mouthfeel is light, truly quaffable, refreshing and distantly lip-glueing. Overall, the mouthfeel is really velvety, smooth, balanced and clean, even in my own opinion. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Pity I only have four bottles left. ๐Ÿ˜”
