Very lively pouring beer, I had to quick suck on the foam. It's also very pale indeed, maybe the most pale opaque IPA I've seen. It's just over two weeks old so nice and fresh, 8% DIPA. Dry hopped with Citra, Motueka & Loral and brewed in collaboration with USA brewers Vitamin Sea. On the nose is deep sweet fruit and pine, lemon sherbet, orange and clementine, mango and maybe peach. In the mouth it's silky soft and single cream smooth with big body and a long finish. It's rich and intense yet so soft and rounded that it's easy drinking for a DIPA. Very juicy and hoppy, the DDH really stands out and makes it beautiful. The finish has a pronounced bitterness which over takes any sweetness by a large margin. The hops choice is interesting, Citra is really battling against the Motueka & Loral which are trying to make this brew floral and sub tropical. Mango is a gentle flavour and it is heavily suppressed here. Maybe too much pine finish for me but it's part of the over all big hop brew that this is. DDH DIPAs don't shy away and this one doesn't even with its super soft juicy approach.

Kurzrezi: Toll weich und herbfruchtig mit moderater Bittere. Aber so richtig gut erst wenn es etwas Temperatur gezogen hat.

Hyvin hedelmäinen ja makeahko dipa. Tuoksu on pelkkää hedelmää, persikkaa ja mangoa. Maku jatkaa samalla linjalla mutta asiallinen humalointi tasapainottaa mehumaisuutta katkeruudellaan. Jälkimaku alkaa katkerana mutta muuttuu makeammaksi loppua kohden.
