"Moving Letters" is an Unfiltered double dry-hopped IPA brewed with Sultana and Idaho Gem. White Wheat, Golden Naked and Flaked Oats provide a full-bodied, delicate mouth feel. We then added a massive dry-hop charge of Galaxy and Waimea to create some Southern Hemisphere funk. WOO!! Think grape skittles, lime sorbet, and dank blueberry cannabis.

GREY’S VIEW
Sultana & Idaho Gem brewed NEIPA w/ DDH Galaxy & Waimea.
Ok. Feels interesting. There’s semi sharp dry hop elements from the Galaxy which blends to main flavours oddly. Main profile presents baked roll, seminsharp lemon peels, raw pineapple peels and some pine. But the baked roll stays in the mouth, must be due to this age maybe? It has wannabe creamy, large textured and semifull body. Hop oil levels are really, surprizingly low, but the DDH snips quite damn nicely. Aftertaste isn’t so bright, being bit dimmed and foggy in goings.
OTHER NOTES:
Bit old and unfair to tey, but it has kept its form rather nicely. Hard to say.
