My last night in Kalispell Montana visiting the SunRift Beer Company Brewery. Third brew on a flight of four. So dark it's almost black. Strong roasted hops in the aroma even on a sample glass. Texture is soft and creamy. This comes because it's a nitro. Flavor is an intense roasted bittersweet raw chocolate. It actually has a bite to it. Bitter raw cocoa lingers long into the finish.
