Enjoying a 4th of July festival in Braselton Georgia. Local Braselton Brewing Company is serving me the fourth on a flight of four brews. Saving the best for last, an Irish red. Pouring this directly out of the vat, never seen this before.
This Irish red is much more orange than red. Very little carbonation. Has notes of caramel but not predominant. Very toasted and flavors of biscuit. Light texture and bone dry. Finish is mild, earthy, and continues with the dryness.
This beer leaves you parched. Makes you grasping for another to quench your thirst. Dangerous beer.
