With family celebrating the 4th of July in Braselton Georgia. Having a local kolsch beer.
Light yellow and color, slightly hazy. Light texture, modest flavor. Tastes just like buttered popcorn. The middle brings on an added bitterness. A little sour and dry on the finish.
Never had beer on tap directly out of the vat. This is kind of cool.
