Our mole-inspired imperial stout w/ almond flour, chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla beans, and ancho, guajillo, and habanero chiles; fermented on toasted oak, then rested on Mexican Chiapas coffee beans.

Coffee, peppers and chocolate in the aroma. Taste has coffee, peppers (both flavor and heat in the throat), chocolate and vanilla. I'm normally not a fan of beers with peppers, but this has a nice balance. Medium-full body, low carbonation. 4.25/5
