Named after a colorful old local in Patchogue, this special Blue Point release is a barley wine made with English 2-row barley and Vienna malt. Old Howling Bastard’s robust, malty caramel flavor is balanced by generous amounts of hops, giving it a great depth of character. It’s hard not to fall in love with this barley wine by the aroma alone with scents of pine, caramel, apricots, raisins and dates.
