Videoeditointia (huomenna tubeen), musakkia (Faith No More) ja olutta (Fidens). Ainakin näin alkuun...😅 ULKOASULTAAN olut on sameaa appelsiinimehunkeltaista ja siihen nousee valkoinen kuohkea vaahto. TUOKSU on hedelmäinen. Greippiä, mandariinia, passionhedelmää. MAKU on pehmeän hedelmäinen. Greippiä ja mandariinia kuorineen, passionhedelmää sekä sellaista kevyttä kangasmetsäpohjaa. Jälkimaussa vähän dänkkiä humalaöljyisyyttä. SUUTUNTUMA on keskitäyteläinen+ ja kevyesti poreileva. Ihan maistuva jenkkihopsi. Melkein kyllä sanoisin silti, että hinta-laatusuhde ei ole vielä vakuuttanut Fidenseissä. Otanta vasta kaksi kappaletta.

Aroma: Citrus and stone fruit. Smells really nice! Taste: Mostly bright citrus fruits, some mango, apricots and other stone fruits. It’s really smooth and light. This is a lovely beer! Is it worth the money, I don’t know. Hard question, next one.

BEER: Use It Up BREWERY: Fidens Brewing Co. BEER STYLE: NEDIPA COUNTRY: USA ABV.: 7.9% COLOUR (EBC): Orange Juice Yellow (15.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): - AROMA: Dank and ripe fruity. Nice amount of rustic peach and lemons too. Yammy. HEAD: Excessive. Five finger tall and everlasting. Delicious lookin, but maybe just a tad too much? GREY’S VIEW Citra & Simcoe hopped NEDIPA. Ok. I get it. Taste offers light orange juice, some light lemon juice, watermelon and peach is there too. I also get countryside earthiness somehow, it’s lovely! Rustic and sunny. Mouthfeel is easy and medium bodied. Carbonation is large bubbled and semi soft, it feels airy and really easy. Aftertaste dryes slowly with notes of countryside and some tropical elements. OTHER NOTES: Sure thing it’s a nice NEDIPA. Almost exact proposion of the style. But, there could have been more of grains and levels in mouthfeel, atleast to me anyway. It’s nice and enjoyable, but again, also Italian based Crak Brewery makes these really well. CANNED ??/?? TASTED 28/6/2021

Backlog. Tämä oli viimeinen maistettu 5 Fidensin setistä. Näiden 5 perusteella tuskin tulee uudestaan hommattua 🤷🏻‍♂️ ei aivan päässyt hype aukenemaan itselle. Tämä oli toki hyvä olut. Tuoksussa rutkasti monipuolista sitruksisuutta kuten greippiä ja appelsiinia kuorineen. Myös melonia ja kypsää persikkaa/aprikoosia esillä. Mukavan mehuisa suutuntuma sopivalla hapotuksella. Reipas runko. Makean trooppisen hedelmäisyyden lisäksi tässä on myös hieman hapokkuutta ja yrttisen ruohoista humalaa seassa. Hieman löytyy jopa salmiakkia. Snadisti greippistä katkeroa havaittavissa.
