Brought this beer home from Texas. Getting to use the glass that I got at the brewery. That place was a lot of fun. Strong banana aroma as soon as I popped the can. Poured with almost no head, dark brown but not totally opaque. No effervescence. Aroma was pure banana pudding. Bananas, wafers, vanilla were all there. Very heavy and solid texture. Flavor confirms all of the banana pudding ingredients, each distinctly present, both sweet and well-balanced. Alcohol is well hidden until the finish where are you receive a strong alcohol burn. It could have used some more carbonation, felt just a little flat but the flavor was outstanding. To combine the bananas, the wafers, and the vanilla in order to create banana pudding was brewing at it's finest. Excellent beer.
